Subject: This Merck site says it's an international drug...

Here's the direct site:
http://www.merck.com/mmpe/print/lexicomp/digoxin.html

You gotta either search for the word (Control + F) or scroll waaaaay down to see it.  It's listed as an international drug, so I dunno anything else about it either.

It's when they use MTs from other countries, like India, Pakistan, or the Phillipines.  They outsource the work to them over the Internet, which gets done for less money.  Some hospitals ask for this because they want to save on transcription costs.
