That dictation was an absolute BEARRRRR. A very difficult ESL speaker and I haven't done ops in a looooong while. Between you, a senile memory, and some seriously heavy Googling, I came through pretty good if I say so myself.
On Google I came across some OB surgeries like the one I was doing, so was able to sleuth other parts of the dictation out that way big time as well.
