and on top of that, she seems annoyed at the the patient for not understanding English. At any rate, it is definitely a "P", but thanks to all of you. What a way to start the day - teensy wound care reports or ESL students who do not know how to pronounce meds and other words. She doesn't even state her name and she is dictating for someone else. Grrrrrrrrr.  Thanks for your help, though - much appreciated as always.  :)

shouldn't it be "Master" or would you change to "The patient..."  The hospital I work for likes for us to use the patient name when dictated, so....
