Could you possibly be hearing urticarial instead of urticarian?  Although a quick google search just bring up "urticarian rash" in numerous hits, including Rheumatology Journals.

she is absolutley saying this, but I can't find anything to back it up and I can't find 'uticarian', I only find 'uticaria'. Any suggestions?
