You probably won't believe me, but ran in to this a number of years ago with an East Indian dictator. As many times as I played it, it always sounded like white coating, but when I got the correction back from the doctor it was actually Vicodin.

The sentence was:  "The myelogram is somehwat indicative of an L5-S1 stenosis by Dr. So-and-so, but I was not able to see that myself, though there did appear to be some L4-L5 (s/l "weiss coding") on the myelogram."

Thank you so much to anyone who can help!!

anchor mastopexy - Also referred to as a Wise pattern (or sometimes Weiss pattern) mastopexy, full breast lift, or inverted-T incision, the anchor mastopexy is considered the traditional technique for breast lifting. The incisions are made around the areola, down the center of the lower portion of the breast and then across the breast in the inframmamary fold. Like the donut and lollipop incisions, the areola can be made smaller at the same time. The resulting scar is in the shape of an anchor. Although the Wise pattern or anchor mastopexy used to be the standard, it is now usually reserved only for those with moderate to severe breast sagging.
