Subject: Well it is Friday... hilar/mediastinal would be okay and hilar or mediastinal would be okay, but hilar mediastinal are two different things, so where he wants the "slash" give him a slash (no pun intended) and where he says or put in "or" and then have a drink.

I have done quite a bit of research on this particular word as of late and it is mediastinal retrocrural lymphadenopathy. Type in the whole phrase and I know you will find it as I did. There is no such term as retrocrural adenopathy.
