I think it does have to do with a diagnosis code for coding, but it is pretty hard for anybody to research if you don't even name the surgery the doctor is doing, right?

My question is he is just saying 45 hole, not saying 4.5 hole so do I assume he means 4.5?  I get so confused by this.  This is the sentence leading up to my question.
