The only thing that I can find is rectus femoris flap and you may want to google that to see if you can come up with something from that...I didn't find anything for rectus reflap.

She had a minimally invasive approach of right far lateral decompression of L5 nerve root, removal of facet, a transforaminal interbody fusion of L5-S1 using cage and also BMP and posterior-lateral instrumention using the SIA pedicle screws and also the percutaneous fossa bone mark facet screw system with harvest of a togus bone graft in the same incision.
Anyone want to take a crack at proofing this and guessing what a "togus" bone graft might be?

D: Local bone graft was mixed with the (s/l) X-link bone graft extender and packed in the lateral gutters after decortication of the transverse processes.
I found "X-linked" in my Stedman's Neurology and Neurosurgery Words, but not X-linked bone graft extender and could not find that phrase anywhere on the internet.

Possibly isthmic spondylolisthesis or degenerative spondylolisthesis? Doesn't really sound like what you have, but they are complications from a lumbar decompression.
