MT2...yes, you are right...that is exactly what I meant. Not the meaning, but knowing what it means out of context. Many times, there is just not enough information in the report to know. And it's worse with some dictators than others. If they would just over-pronounce on the questionable words. But, I'm won't hold my breath waiting for that to happen.
