answer to your question. The only thing I could find about NOL was in the Stedman's abbreviations book which listed NOL as "not on label." I'm wondering if that could mean investigational drugs not yet available to the public. I don't know what else "not on label" could mean. Hopefully someone else does. At least he spells it!! :)

Sorry!

answer this for you, but here we go. Under tools, go to autocorrect options. In that window, there should be a button called *exceptions*. Click on that. This will open another window. Down at the bottom, there should be a check box with the words *automatically add words to list*. If it is checked, uncheck it. Above that is an open area with the words *Don't capitalize after*... if there are any words in this open area, like your words of well, site, knee, that, health, delete them one by one by highlighting and pressing the delete button next to it. On the top of this window, there should be two other tabs labeled Initial Caps and Other Corrections. go to each tab and do the same thing by unchecking the *automatically add words to list* box and deleting any words that may be in the open area. When finished, click OKAY. close the window. click okay on the autocorrect options window, and that should take care of those words not being capitalized any longer. You may have to do this every time you do a disc clean up, though and delete cookies, etc. As far as the numbers go, I am not exactly sure there is a solution to that problem. if you have any questions, feel free to email me. ks

CTS Relief Kit®

Provides the surgeon with a set of simple to use, disposable instruments for endoscopic release of the transverse carpal ligament through a single portal.
Endoscopic technque reduces post-operative pain and recovery time for the patient.
Allows the surgeon to resect the ligament under direct visualization through a standard 4mm arthroscope.
"D"-shaped, slotted cannula helps to shield adjacent neurovascular structures from potential damage.
Pen-like knife handle improves the surgeon’s tactile feel and control of the instrument while cutting.

so perhaps a *cannula*? just a thought.

If I am looking for a catheter, instrument, etc., if the little "R" registered trademark is used, usually it is correct, because they don't go to the trouble to put the trademark if they aren't being reasonable conscientious about spelling it right.

HOWEVER....sometimes I get multiple results with the "R" and they're different. In that case, I try to find the site for the company that manufactures the item. It is usually listed on the first page of Google results.

A lot of the more well-known drugs have their own sites - like www.coumadin.com.

Subject: non-floculent??? Doc is spelling this, cannot verify.

The area of chief complaint reveals an approximate 1 cm x 1 cm x 3 mm high nodule in the subcutaneous tissues at the dorsal right midfoot over the extensor digitorum longus tendon sheath at approximately the talonavicular joint level.  It is firm and non-FLOCULENT????, and the skin and subcutaneous tissue are freely mobile over the lesion.  my spell check has flocculent but still not sure on definition.  Any ideas??
