mine use the two words, like anterior lateral, although there is an intralateral too. good luck.

I know when they say anterior lateral you combine it to anterolateral. But what about when they say the anteral and lateral aspect of the knee. Do you still combine it?

The girl that worked in my office who did transcription before I started used to type port hole instead of portal.  It looked really funny in the transcription.  For some reason, the docs never corrected her though!!!
