but is he saying atypical HISTORY of chest pressure.  Sort of like atypical chest pain/pressure.  He is probably telling the doc what his symptoms are almost like when you hear the word picture.  Like bursitis-type picture.  This is just what I would think anyway.....

there are reports of hyperglycemia (elevated blood sugar) with the use of atypical antipsychotics such as seroquel or zyprexa. that's what I would go with.
