I did some more listening and the patient does have headaches which makes me think its still Axert.

Here is an excerpt:
"She had improvement in her fatigue, vision, dizziness, numbness, and tingling. Yesterday she started to have double vision again, especially on the left. The AXAR GEL also improved her headache but not her tremors."

Axar gel - absolutely no idea!  I did find Axert which treats headaches, but nothing about it coming in a gel.  I'm not sure what the patient is using it for!  Thanks for any help...
