Might be just shortening it up to His.
bundle of His a band of cardiac muscle fibers connecting the atria with the ventricles of the heart; called also atrioventricular bundle.

Hello. I'm a first timer here. I am really stuck! Is a knee arthroplasty surgery. The dication is as follows: "The (s/l bundle or fundal) canal was plugged with cancellous autograft bone. Is there a bundle canal?
Is there any reason that bundle branch block should be capped or hypenated? Thanks

EKG obtained shows atrial fibrillation, left bundle branch block, occasional pace response.

and then says CROIMI (spells out). I'm thinking IMI might be inferior myocardial infarction, but no mention of this prior although does have CAD and is status post CABG. Don't know what CRO would be, though. Any suggestions?
