Subject: Zenker diverticulum removal in oral cavity, doc says s/l weirdoscope, SM

I swear he mentions "weirdoscope" 3 times...

The ______ scope was passed into the posterior pharynx and at the level of the cricopharyngeus, we entered a pouch which initially we thought to be the esophagus, but then we identified that as the Zenker. TIA
