chondral damage in the knee sm

He is on MRI showing some chondral damage which I would say is early. It is on the patella articular surface and lateral distal trochlea. He has some grade 2 s/l segalis menisci.
s/l chondral signal heriginaty..

MRI SCAN... indicates S/L chondral signal heriginaty at the medial patellar facet and swelling a small joint effusion.
