Chorioamnionitis is an infection of the membranes (placental tissues) and amniotic fluid. It occurs in about 1 to 2 percent of all pregnancies, but is much more common in preterm births.

The other word should be something like foul-smelling amniotic fluid or vaginal discharge or meconium-stained amniotic fluid or the like, but I can't tell. Maybe if you listen again, knowing what you're listening for, you'll hear it. Hope this helps.
