I give them "cry" if they pronounce it CRY, and "cri" if they pronounce it CREE (not heard that often anymore)

I have looked this word up and it doesnt make sense the way I spelled it.

Also sounds somewhat like "plenigrade" but I'm guessing it must be from "plantar", since it's the foot...?  Anyway, cannot find--please help!

This is on an arthroscopic knee surgery. I need help on two words.


The appropriate portal incisions were made on the right knee and anterior medial portal just proximal to the patella were the (s/l ortho canon) was inserted


Also involving the posterior horn of the medial meniscus using a basket (s/l longures) and 3.5 full radius shaver.

Distally, the distal interlock screw looks like it may have backed out slightly with his ambulation over the past couple of weeks.  That screw had great s/l perch(s)  at the time of placement as I recall.


 


Almost makes me think he is trying to say something like it attaches well, that is why I say perch?!  I am not sure.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

For the left leg she would do well with a biplanar chevron osteotomy, possible adding an Akin to it if needed. For the right, I think she requires more invasive treatment to correct the deformities. Include a S/L proximate persitic osteotomy.
