Orthopedics - reduction and accommodation of percutaneous and external fixation of crush injury to ankle. Sounds like "stine-ed" pins across his ankle joint.

There are Schanz dressings and Schanz pins, even Schanze procedure, never heard....

it used as wrap, nor can I verify anywhere, perhaps she is using a Schanz dressing??? That is the closest in sound that I can find, without hearing it, I wish I could be of more help!
