I am typing a OP, and patient is having a brain stimulator put in to reduce tremors, in the beginning of the procedure part, dictator states, Anesthesia s/l "cubical" and under light sedation, the head was shaved.  Thanks

This is really from yesterday, but I'm learning ortho and ops at the same time and you know our type, we just have to know!  I work for local hospital/clinic with no QA, unless you really mess up and then a doc will call, but I've been working for this co. (not ortho or ops) for several years and no one has ever called me.
