good capillary refill and present pedal pulses? Never heard of cultures on lower extremity exam unless they have an open wound.

We will do a herpes simplex virus culture along with GC and chlamydia cultures.

I googled and I get GC (Neisseria gonorrhoeae), Genital culture, and Gonorrhea Culture, and Gonorrhea and Clamydia cultures. My abbreviation book has a few, but the closest one is gono-coccus.
