Sorry, if you google heparin trap, you get many medical sites. Don't know if it fits your dictation, but you might want to google it as heparin TRAP and see.

It's a Lukens trap - sometimes pronunced like "Lukey." It is like a test tube with and "in" hole and an "out" hole to connect to suction tubing that is used to collect sputum samples, etc. (I used to work in the OR)
