He is dictating exam and there really are no complete sentences. He says, "Normocephalic, atraumatic. Pupils equal to light and accommodation. Nares: ___ s/l �show some turbulence�. Oropharynx: etc... I know it doesn't seem to make sense to me either but he is sooo hard to understand.
