Hi there... just wanted to let you know it took me a long time to hear stupid little words. It does take practice. After so many reports you will come to realize that ears, nose and throat unremarkable is a common phrase used in almost all physical exams. Ive been at transcription now for 10 years. You will get the hang of it and I'd be glad to help you with whatever you need "heard".
