For example, I have one who always says "epitectasis" for epistaxis, and another one who always says "supp-tull" for supple. ??

I got a doc using "antidonia" too.  I think she is mispronouncing it, although when I Google antidonia I do get results.  Either way, anhedonia has the same meaning as the googled results.
