I can't get this.  It's listed in the medical history, sounds like "my glip" or "by glip" generation.  It's a breast cancer patient.  The rest of the medical history section if it helps is:  congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, cardiac pacemaker placement, GERD, [my glip generation?], cataract, cardiac arrhythmias, and hypothryoidism.
