Is it possible he is saying something like "alone," meaning the patient is taking methotrexate, Cytoxan and fluorouracil (CMF) alone instead of with adjuvant therapy? Sometimes they give CMF along with adjuvant tamoxifen, sometimes they just give CMF alone...
