He says treatment level 8, energy level 10, or 40 millijoule, with eight or 8 passes.

When it's a trademarked drug - I find the drug company's website - the actual maker (speller) of the drug...and THAT would be more correct than the books which are not always consistent.

I am doing an AAA repair.  An endoprosthesis is being used, called a GORE VIABAHN.  This word is all capped, am I supposed to actually type the word in all caps in my report?  It just so strange.

really carefully to discern between Glidewire and guidewire, as these docs don't always speak clearly, and there are different types of guidewires besides the Glidewire...boy talk about a play of words. LOL
