This is a preoperative and postoperative diagnosis. The procedure done was an ankle arthroscopy, debridement of anterior tibial spur, removal of *loose spotties*, and debridement of medial and lateral gutter.
AP stands for anterior-posterior and laxity means being loose or lax NM
