Does "milk of magnesia" need to be capitalized? I do speech recoginition editing and it always comes in capitalized. Is that right, or should it be lower case?

Just FYI, there are more french terms medically speaking, i.e., there is also *peau d'orange* which is *orange skin* used in medicine to describe something with the look (orange color) and texture (dimpled appearance) of an orange peel; for example the skin of the breast in inflammatory breast cancer or the retina in pseudoxanthoma elasticum.
