1. History of hypothyroidism.

No other family history of colon problems except for dad who had a rectal tear.  Mentioned doing (s/l looking tube) ____ test.  Patient really doesn’t want to do that.  I think that would be okay but if he continues to have problems may need to do a flexible sigmoidoscopy on him.
