Subject: rapid advance system

I'm transcribing an op note for a biventricular defibrillator implantation dictated by an ESL.  If I'm understanding him correctly, he says, "A rapid advance system was utilized to cannulate the coronary sinus."

I've checked my references and googled to see if this rapid advance system is a brand name and can't seem to locate it.  Is anyone familiar with it?

The dx is actually abdominal pain, this is in the subjective: With regard to her abdominal pain, she has now seen a gastroenterologist, Dr. S. in TD who thinks she might have cytoid vomitism.  He prescribed her nortriptyline 10 mg q.h.s. for one week and then up to two p.o. q.h.s. for a week.  He is planning a CT scan of her head to make sure she doesn’t have a tumor, but thinks this is more neurologic than irritable bowel syndrome.
