Long "a" or short "a"?  Could she be saying "without a [s/l tar]" or "with [s/l atatar]"?  What is the next sentence?  Could there be more to the word that you thought was part of the next sentence?  Just some thoughts, probably not much help.

I'm hearing sudden or seven.  He says severe clearly earlier on in the sentence.  All ideas are very much appreciated though!

Help Adensoine stress test

Dr states:  Resting blood pressure was 170/100 and heart rate was 66.  Baseline EKG shows  S/L : 1/T _____in lead III only, otherwise nonspecific ST changes.  S/L 1/T ______in V3-V4.  At one minute, heart rate of 67, blood pressure of 158/96. I know there is T-wave but this keeps sounding like one over T?  Any help??
