I don't know about peritoneum studding, but maybe the underlined part should read "no palpable mesenteric lymph nodes" ?rather than colonic

Next sentence: Parts of it should maybe read:
A vertical incision was made in the abdomen through the skin sharply to divide the fascia and incise the ?___

TA 60 is a stapler. Maybe you are hearing "with a TA 60, current, and....
