Iron studies were normal except that his B and C were negative.


This is under abnormal liver function test, most likely fatty liver disease.


When I google I get hepatitis B and C info. Help clear my confusion!

Any idea what MSP could stand for here? This is on an ortho patient with Alzheimers, anemia, and diarrhea. She recently had a total shoulder. Doc is ordering CBC, what sounds like "MSP," and stool.


It's pretty clearly spoken.

I am not familiar with what ACT is, but I am fairly certain this is what he says, but I cannot document it either.  Would appreciate any help with this.


We are going to get stool cultures for ova and parasites, and all of the usual s/l ACT suspects, including C. difficile overgrowth.
