Basically, though, yes it's possible to have both a G tube and J tube and a JP drain has nothing to do with either. (G and J tubes are used to put something into the body while a JP drain is used to take something out.)

I checked all my reference books and googled every combination I could imagine until I finally gave up andI sent it on to QA, but cannot check to see what he was saying until this evening, and quite frankly, I am really curious if anyone has heard of this before?
