It does reveal maxillary sinus mucopurulence and I cultured this area of yellow drainage and submitted it for aerobic and anaerobic and fungal cultures. I then suctioned the area with _Venalia _ suction under endoscopic guidance and suctioned all debris from the nose and maxillary sinus.

In my case, I think the doctor says, "she has a Rx here for . . ."  I was going to post a question about Ricker.  Then I saw you post, which gave me the idea.  Could you doctor me saying, "Rx for injection. . ."? (Assuming Rx is pronounced like rix.)
