transaminitis secondary to ?N.A.L.D.? SM
Subject: transaminitis secondary to ?N.A.L.D.? SM

The patient swallowed a fentanyl patch.  This is the discharge summary and in it, the ESL doctor says, "Transaminitis, most probably secondary to N A L D vs Lortab intoxication."  She never says these letters again and all I can document is neonatal adrenoleukodystropy.  Since she's almost 60, I don't think that would fit.
