Keep getting this doctor. Vertical intraumbilical incsion.

I got this doctor last week and was confused and pended the note.  Now I'm getting him again and he is still saying the same thing.  Is there any such a thing as intraumbilical?  I know there is infraumbilical, but I can clearly make out intra and intra is used in the other reports that I pull up from this physician.
