Concept suture hook?

Hi all...I'm working on a diagnostic arthroscopy of the shoulder with capsular plication.  Sounds like the doc is saying "Concept", but I can't find anything that lists "concept" suture hooks.  Any suggestions?

I don't capitalize cotton and have never been corrected, although I'm not sure if capitalized or not, but I don't think so.

I'd just make another subheading (flush left,  if that's how the CP says to format and it is not a verbatim account....
