At least I think it gets better - I find everything so much easier to understand now than I did even a few months ago.

Generally, unless the account specifies otherwise, you don't need headings for the individual parts under the physical examination unless the dictator states them. For instance, if the dictator says "Heart is regular rate and rhythm," you do not need to put in the heading "Cardiovascular:" or "Cardiovascular exam." And those are usually just subheadings anyways, just part of the whole paragraph under the physical examination heading.


Just FYI, I'm still fairly new at this myself, so if anyone with more experience wants to speak up please do so!
