in this instance it reflects the name of an actual hospital/institution, i.e., "The patient was admitted to Hodges Hospital Intensive Care Unit," or "The patient was treated at the Hodges Hospital Emergency Room."  On the other hand, it would be lower case in these instances: "The patient came to Hodges Hospital and was admitted to the intensive care unit," or "The patient arrived at Hodges Hospital and was treated in the emergency room."
