At one time, some companies put out ads by recruiter and anonymous names just to see who would apply.  Those who applied and were working for this big company were immediately fired just for applying.  Watch your back!

I did write a very polite email stating that I was not comfortable revealing my personal information to an unknown company. I included my basic credentials and asked if they wanted my resume to please email me regarding their company information.  I doubt if they'll bother, but I've made it a policy to never submit my confidential information to any company who is not willing to reveal their name.
Did they ask you to send them your resume?
I took the test today with a 96%, and immediately was asked to e-mail my resume. 
Send the resume!
They are an honest company and have proven that time and time again. When something comes up that is a concern, they always fix it. They will not jerk you around and they certainly do not play games. They have recently grown quite rapidly and honestly I don't think they realized this was a great concern until now. They are focused on keeping both the client and the MTs happy, rare in this business. There are one or two MTs here that are out to destroy their reputation as a great company and I suppose these few will come back at my posting in their typical childish manner, but disregard them. Send the resume, you won't regret it.
I don't know, but you can send them a resume anyway and see what happens

I started out part time as well and then went full time, but I believe they want everyone who works for them to go full time eventually...

send it to you for your info so we can at least stay in touch. You would recognize it I sent it to you through your job posting here and I am the MT with over 26 years' experience. Please do let me know if you did not receive it!

they may be paying really low,  I have lots of experience and don't want to be insulted, which has been the case recently.

Because the girls that monitor the accounts in the office were told the accounts either go on DQS or
move on. All accounts to be with MQ must be on DQS and no more different platforms. ONE ONLY DQS. They can send more work overseas then.

Must be why they won't call me back. Sent resume and
they responded almost instantly, can't wait to talk to me.  They have never called me back.   I've been reading lots of posts today and overall they don't sound like a great company, so I figure it is just as well they didn't call. 
Usually they send UPS or Fed-Ex; you can call your recruiter /
trainer and find out if they have a tracking number for the delivery.
I got a call the day I sent my resume and answers in. Maybe you the OP is not all that she thinks s
the positions that had open were not a good match for what she has done. I read her post a few times. It says that her skills do match the opening that she applied for, not that she was a bad Transcriptionist or anything like that. Their question sheet is pretty specific. If she was looking for hours that they did not have available or a type of account that they did not have openings for, that would explain it. At least she heard at all. I applied to at least a dozen companies, many mentioned here often as good or great companies, that never even acknowledged my application or resume. Each experience is obviously different.
I'm sure if you call the office they would say why.

Why not call the office and ask them. THey have
been talking cheaper insurance for years. 
Why don't you just call the office and ask where
your piece of the pie is? I'm sure if you demand something you will get it!

great for the past 19 months since I did that.

I have been there for over a year too and have always had plenty of work...
I wonder if they hire US MTs on new accounts and then get rid of them and send the work to India
after it goes through SR or something and the system learns from the US MTs.
They send a majority of the Escription accounts to India. There are a few of the hospitals that said
they could not send their work there but I suspect they do anything. In any event, yes, a lot of the easier work goes to India and they are proud of this affliation, not bad it doesn't pay my bills. Then, they wonder why we are so angry about India taking our jobs.
It is my understanding that when an office closes the accounts that do not want to go on DQS are not
still serviced by MQ so that may also be what is going on. All accounts I believe must go on DQS or find another service.
Can anyone from the Ohio MQ office give me a contact person and a phone number to call so I can talk
to someone there without getting a lot of other people involved before I find out what kind of accounts they have to offer. I am interested in transferring from my current office but would like to speak with someone up there first. Even an email address of someone would help.
Can anyone working for the Ohio MQ office tell me who they are and are the accounts decent to do or
are there a lot of ESLs. Thanks for any info you have.

Lots of new accounts. I called the office to ask a question and sm
found out that there are more than a dozen new accounts starting in the next couple of weeks. I am happy at KS but anything is better than MQ. I left there a year ago and am very glad that I did.
Not yet but our office is being transferred there I think with out accounts. Doesnt sound good. Why
did you transfer from Foxboro. I wont stay there if they take me off my accounts. How is the quality with putting people on all these accounts. It is my understanding all the NE offices will be working out of Amherst fairly soon. What a fiasco that sounds like it will be. How long do you think this will last until all the good MTs move on if that office contines to do that.
I hope you are right because my office adamantly denied until it happened that our accounts were
moving and they are closing.
