Her answer is correct, not yours, and she explained it correctly. Go back and read it again. It is not the amount of packs in a year, no matter how many times you jump up and down yelling out your answer.

I have been stuck on this for so long. The Dr is saying There is extensive adenopathy involving the retroperitoneum, gastrohepatic ligament, peripancreatic region, and polykegel region. I have no idea what he is saying. Does anyone have any ideas?
