In Stedmans I found gap detection. I googled that with interior gap and I actually found something.

I have been stuck on this for so long.  The Dr is saying There is extensive adenopathy involving the retroperitoneum, gastrohepatic ligament, peripancreatic region, and polykegel regionI have no idea what he is saying.  Does anyone have any ideas?

He stumbles on this but I think I hear "par epigastric".  Patient has a hernia.   ??  I don't see many references to "parepigastric".  Does this make sense?  Thanks!
