Probable got mixed up and is supposed to be piece of lung tissue, but maybe I'm wrong.  Anyone heard of such a term?  Should I just flag it?

I had a mammography radiologist dictate and spell out "Achive" biopsy needle and cannot find it documented anywhere.  I thought it was "Achieve", but cannot find that documented either -- HELP!

This is exactly how the Dr. dictated it-- The patient is a plethoric, tremulous, dyspneac looking like a patient with chronic obstructive lung disease or sleep apnea.


Did she mean to leave the a out before plethoric? That would make more sense but I know you guys would no better than I. I'm still in school and learning. Thanks for the help!

I'm wondering if any experienced MT could tell me if Brugada syndrome is a possibility??  I found it in Stedman's but am having a hard time finding out exactly what it is.  Does seem to be heart related though.
