On the lung exam, the physician is saying "E to A" changes.  The company I work for does not want any abbreviations.  What would be the best way to transcribe this?   

sounds like:

Lungs are clear. No wheezing. (S/L) Yulit squeeze.

any ideas???

On a lung exam it sounds like he is saying no son or soncar basal rales???

There is diminished air movement air movement in all fields, but no clear s/l epintious sounds heard.

Hi.  Doctor is saying what sounds lke:  Lung are clerr "ABCs" with some faint wheezes.  Is that rght? The only remotely similar thing I can find in my acronym book os the CPR ABCs   - airway,breathing & ciculation.  Any help would be greatly appreciaaed.  Thank you!

This is exactly how the Dr. dictated it-- The patient is a plethoric, tremulous, dyspneac looking like a patient with chronic obstructive lung disease or sleep apnea.

Did she mean to leave the a out before plethoric? That would make more sense but I know you guys would no better than I. I'm still in school and learning. Thanks for the help!

I'm wondering if any experienced MT could tell me if Brugada syndrome is a possibility??  I found it in Stedman's but am having a hard time finding out exactly what it is.  Does seem to be heart related though.

I found a lot of lung functioning tests on webmd but nothing that matched the sound of this.  I must not be close because I'm not bringing anything up on Google either.

Chest x-ray reveals an air fluid level on the right lung with s/l icopacity on the right lung.  This is a workup on chronic alcoholic male.

For non-small-cell lung cancer

s/l andamet and andoment and Decadron, Zantac and Benadryl will be given as premedication.

under the social history: He denies (s/l enurexudin) exposure or exposure to organic dusts or fumes.

...stable lung nodule consistent with a s/l hemartoma.

Don't know of this is hamartoma or hematoma? TIA
