The patient has had an abdominal CT scan in January 2006 which showed significant intra- and extra biliary tree dilatation, but this was unchanged from a previous scan of 2003.


 


I am specifically wondering about the hypen after intra.  Thanks.

I do believe this would be something we can correct with intra-articular (s/l) huts or touch or tuts or hutch, but may require some type of extra-articular osteotomy based on the findings of the long-alignment films.
