This is a physical exam for a kid who sliced his hand open.  The doc says "Extension and flexion of all joints normal.  Circ and narrow have also been tested and appear normal."  Any ideas??

CT of the lungs showed an -- s/l in-on or enon or end-on -- vessel in the left lung. Any ideas? I am stumped!  Thanks!

I was thinking pulmonary or congenital as this is a type of congenital heart disease detected at birth
