Iron studies were normal except that his B and C were negative.


This is under abnormal liver function test, most likely fatty liver disease.


When I google I get hepatitis B and C info. Help clear my confusion!

Pt with MS, s/; "Tatense" is decreased over the right upper extremity.

This is on Neurologic exam: Dorsiflexor 2/5 and the remainder at 4/5. DTRs are 3+ throughout, except for 2+ at the ankles. Tatense is decreased over the right upper extremity but intact throughout on the remaining three extremities.
